Lianxun officially launched the AMOLED automatic production line to fully create high-standard and high-level AMOLED technology.
Lianxun Optoelectronics announced today that it has completed the commissioning of the new generation of AMOLED intelligent production line, marking the company's strategic upgrade in the field of new display technology has entered the mass production stage. As one of the few domestic companies that master the full-process AMOLED production process, Lianxun Optoelectronics will focus on serving diversified markets such as smart wearables, AR/VR devices and industrial control, and promote industry upgrades with technological innovation.
AMOLED technology has achieved a leap forward in display performance with its self-luminous characteristics. Its independent pixel control technology can present a million-level contrast ratio, a color gamut coverage of more than 100% DCI-P3, and a 1ms ultra-fast response, bringing users an immersive visual experience. At the same time, the backlight module-free design reduces the screen thickness by more than 40%, and the flexible characteristics support innovations such as curved and folded forms, providing unlimited possibilities for the design of smart terminal products.
The intelligent production line put into production this time integrates core processes such as high-precision evaporation and laser cutting, and uses an AI visual inspection system to achieve full-process quality control, with a yield rate that reaches the industry-leading level. The production line is specially optimized for small and medium-sized high-end display needs, and can produce customized products such as curved screens and transparent screens to meet special requirements such as low power consumption of smart wearable devices and high refresh rate of AR/VR devices.
With the global wearable device market growing for two consecutive years, AMOLED is accelerating the replacement of traditional LCD screens with its color expression and flexible characteristics.
